About
Jess is based in the United Kingdom, originally from Shropshire, but currently living in Liverpool with her partner and their tweenager. She considers herself a country girl with a city heart and despises writing about herself in the third person.
She's had a lifelong fascination with words. She remembers writing stories as young as seven, but has school reports from earlier still which call out her creative writing and storytelling.
Primarily a novelist, Jess also writes poetry from time-to-time and has a "real" job in marketing, where she coaches daily on the secrets of good copy and content strategy.
